Package Aligner

Due to a design fault in the upstream stacking station and conveyor arrangement the product comes off the line crooked. This leads to poor performance of the next stage in the heat shrink wrapping station (loose bagging, misalignment, product jamming etc...) the previous solution was an operator hand straightening every package. Was able to implement without permanent modification to existing hardware.
